The Beautification Committee serves as an advisory committee to The Highlands HOA Board for the purpose of enhancing the appearance of The Highlands and surrounding areas though initiatives such as the establishment and maintenance of public planting areas, oversee the appropriate seasonal decoration(s) of The Highlands all in cooperation with The Highlands HOA Board.

Mission Statement: “To grow a more beautiful community today and plant seeds of pride and stewardship to improve the natural environment of The Highlands tomorrow.”

Goal: To promote and encourage attractive landscape design and proper, regular maintenance in The Highlands.
